These terms govern the use of The Symbol Room website during its pre-launch phase. Specific booking and payment terms will be presented before any reservation is made.
1. About The Symbol Room
The Symbol Room is a travelling private salon for in-person Tarot and Lenormand readings with Madame Alina, currently based in Bucharest, Romania. The first international chapter is planned for Paris in Spring 2027.
The service is operated by MONKEY MIND SRL, a company registered in Bucharest, Romania, CUI 35921997, Trade Register number J40/5073/2016. Contact: thesymbolroom@gmail.com.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes and to learn about future editions. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected content for commercial use or misrepresent your connection with The Symbol Room.
3. Nature of the readings
Tarot and Lenormand readings offered by The Symbol Room are interpretive, reflective experiences. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. No particular outcome, prediction or result is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
4. Future reservations and payments
When reservations open, the applicable price, duration, location, payment schedule, cancellation rules and any statutory consumer information will be shown before purchase. A booking will become binding only after payment and written confirmation.
Payments are intended to be processed securely through Stripe Checkout. The Symbol Room will not receive or store full payment-card details.
The intended event policy is that a guest who does not attend a confirmed appointment forfeits the stated reservation amount, while any amount paid will be refunded if The Symbol Room cancels the edition. The final policy, including any mandatory consumer rights, will be presented at checkout and will prevail over this pre-launch summary.
5. Availability and changes
City editions, dates, venues, prices and appointment numbers may change before reservations open. We may update or suspend the website when reasonably necessary. Confirmed guests will be contacted directly if a material event detail changes.
6. Intellectual property
The Symbol Room name, visual identity, photographs, text, graphics and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the website for personal use.
7. Third-party services
The website may link to third-party platforms, including Instagram and, in the future, booking or payment providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, The Symbol Room is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on a reading, indirect losses or interruptions caused by services outside its reasonable control.
9. Applicable law
These website terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence. Any concerns should first be sent to thesymbolroom@gmail.com.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the project develops. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
